Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and modern with lovely details, but the coffee bar at each level was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with a variety of convenient amenities available. The location in the bohemian San Blas area was fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was superb with a wide range of delicious options. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with lots of shelf space but had a strong fresh paint smell, hard beds, and no hot water. The staff was kind and attentive, ensuring a very clean and comfortable stay. However, the lack of bathroom amenities like trash cans and glasses was a drawback.
